I’m Jess Hopkins, owner and operator of Hopkins Land Improvements LLC. I grew up near Athens, Texas, where I developed an early interest in welding and property improvements. During high school, I began offering welding and fabrication services, specializing in the construction and sale of prefabricated fence braces. As demand grew, I expanded into mobile welding, which naturally led to fence construction and broader land improvement projects.

Over time, fencing and land improvements became more than just a service—they became a passion. I continually invest in high-quality equipment to ensure projects are completed efficiently while expanding the range of services I can offer.

After successfully operating a welding and fencing business in East Texas for five years, I relocated to the Texas Panhandle in 2024 to focus primarily on exterior infrastructure projects. I understand that every property and landowner has unique goals, and I take pride in providing customized solutions to meet those needs. From agricultural, residential, and commercial fencing to other land-related projects, I bring the experience, craftsmanship, and attention to detail needed to deliver exceptional results.
